Sometimes less is more - which is why we have also installed gravel-specific components from Shimano on the Nuroad EX: The hydraulic GRX disc brakes provide full control at all times and the 11-speed GRX gears provide a wide gear range with little weight. Keyword weight: We have fitted light, robust and grippy WTB Riddler 45mm tires to the CUBE wheels with Newmen hubs. And the light full carbon fork absorbs vibrations from the ground for permanently high riding comfort. Last but not least, numerous attachment points on the front and rear allow you to retrofit various accessories. Commute to work, weekend bike ride, longer excursion into the countryside - the Nuroad EX is ready!
When developing the Nuroad, we were inspired by our racing and cyclocross bikes and gave the frame a few mountain bike skills on top. It offers plenty of tire clearance for grippy and comfortable rolling 45 mm wide tires - or for 40 mm wide tires, then even with mudguards. There is also an integrated seat clamp, extremely elegantly designed mounting points for luggage racks, mudguards and side stands, and aesthetically routed cables for permanently clean gear shifting, even in a lot of dust or mud. Wheels with thru axles optimize steering precision even in difficult road conditions. And then the full carbon fork - it is not only very light, but also absorbs all vibrations from the ground and is equipped with mounts for lowrider luggage racks.
