The stylish Ella 240 is a road-legal bike with a dynamo-powered lighting system, so the kids are always perfectly visible in the dark and you don't have to think about changing the battery. There is also a versatile luggage rack, a practical side stand and robust mudguards, so that clothes always stay nice and clean even in bad weather. The Shimano gears offer a generous range of 21 gears and, together with the light, powerful V-brakes, provide top support on all routes. And because the Ella 240 was designed and constructed with the same care as all our bikes, it is just as much fun! And it looks great too!
For our Ella 240 low-step bike, we used the same heat-treated 6061 aluminum tube sets as for many of our high-performance adult models - they are highlights in terms of low weight, robustness and durability! Mounting points allow the bike to be upgraded with a luggage rack and mudguards, making it a versatile all-rounder that can easily keep up with busy family life. It's logical that we gave the frame safe, easy handling. And of course, it passed our strict in-house test runs with flying colors.
