As is well known, no prisoners are taken in cyclocross races - and that's exactly how it should be! The Cross Race Pro comes with the robust GRX gears from Shimano, which are tailored to tough off-road use. With 2x11 gears, it not only offers an enormously wide gear range, but also shifts extremely precisely from gear to gear, even in lots of mud and sludge. We have also installed hydraulic Shimano 105 disc brakes to match, because they slow the bike down in a controlled manner in all weather conditions. This unbeatable combo is complemented by a lightweight, cross-specific aluminum frame, a carbon fork and a CUBE wheelset with Newmen hubs. This means you're almost guaranteed to win the race!
The Cross Race aluminum frame is truly in a class of its own: light, robust and equipped with 12 mm thru axles at the front and rear, it stands for unprecedented rigidity, steering precision and control, which often provide the decisive advantage, especially in racing. Its full carbon fork absorbs all vibrations and rapid impacts from the ground so that you can concentrate optimally until you reach the finish line. And the cables routed inside the frame ensure consistently clean, precise gear shifting, even when there is a lot of mud, slush and water on the track.
