Here comes the Acid 240 Street, a road-worthy children's bike that makes the way to school just as much fun as the trails on a weekend trip with the family. First of all, you can ride through the city safely and comfortably, thanks to the dynamo-powered lighting system, side stand, luggage rack and of course the light, powerful and easy-to-use brakes with power modulator on the front wheel. Nevertheless, the Acid 240 Street is also a mountain bike - proof of this is the robust suspension fork that smoothly absorbs shocks and vibrations, the smooth Shimano 3x7-speed gears and handling designed for maximum riding fun, which can give kids a lot of confidence. It goes without saying that the Acid 240 Street passed all of our in-house safety tests with flying colors!

The Acid 240 frame uses the same heat-treated 6061 aluminum tube sets as our adult models - it's clear that it's just as robust and durable as our full-grown mountain bikes. However, we've adapted the weight and proportions to suit children. We've also installed a complete set of accessories (mudguards, lighting system and side stand) so that the kids are prepared for all possible and impossible adventures. And then there's the handling: thanks to the well-thought-out design, young bikers can gain a lot of confidence without sacrificing riding fun. And because the odd fall is inevitable, the derailleur hanger is very easy to replace - this often makes expensive repairs unnecessary.
