TIME TO RIDE.
With the Acid 240 Hybrid Rookie, young mountain bikers benefit from an extra portion of forward thrust - and are always motivated to ride at the front, even on long family rides. Exactly the same technologies are used here as in our adult e-mountain bikes, for example the Bosch Active Motor , which works hand in hand with the easy-to-use 9-speed gears from Shimano. And the Suntour XCT JR fork, which is specially designed for the needs of younger, lighter riders and smoothly compensates for bumps on the trails. What else? A cockpit and saddle specially designed for children for a super comfortable riding position, plus powerful hydraulic disc brakes for safe braking. Bored on tour with the family? Not with this bike!
When developing their high-quality drive systems, the engineers at Bosch probably didn't have a child's bike in mind. But that didn't stop us from skillfully integrating such a system into our perfectly proportioned Acid 240 Hybrid Rookie frame. This e-bike chassis for youngsters hits the trails with the same design and the same technologies as our adult e-mountain bikes. This guarantees lots of riding fun and a high level of safety! We have routed the cables neatly inside, which significantly reduces maintenance work. There are also mounting points for a CUBE side stand.
